Mobilization, Placement & Retention Strategy
 

1. Mobilization cells will be opened in district headquarters of the districts where the training centre is not located but are included in the training target.

2. Trained mobilizers will be recruited from the concerned districts who understand the demographics of the districts selected.

3. Conducting an orientation program of the mobilizers and counselors for responding to the queries of the prospective trainees.

4. Conducting social meet of parents and reference personalities for promoting the DDU-GKY Scheme and the benefits that will accrue to the beneficiaries after training and employment into the jobs.

5. Propagating the specific benefits of the DDU-GKY scheme covering the entitlements, quality of training and other benefits.

6.Conducting a rigorous selection process to identify the right candidates who genuinely need training and have the intention to go through the training cycle and willing to accept employment

PRE-PLACEMENT

 

  • Profile the candidates with their skill sets is synced with the nature of jobs available;

  • Special Sessions will be conducted for the trainees for handling interviews and making him/ her understand the expectations of the employers and the industry and mock interviews and group discussions will be carried out for the candidates before they are allowed for interviews.

  • Representatives from the prospective employers will be invited to interact with the trainees during training.

The institution regularly conducts Rozgar Mela for the post-training offered by it (course) and also for the skill development programs being conducted by it, the ability to arrange interactive sessions with employers as well as on-job training.

6.  The institution has a well-defined SOP for implementation of Skills Development projects including DDU-GKY scheme which includes rigorous internal audit for process, training, and placement.
